Cooking is one of my favourite hobbies.
I like to prepare dishes using established receipts as much as inventing
new ones. In this page you can find below a list of receipts I use more
often as well as others - and also some tips. The
wines I advice for the different courses are not, of course, the only ones
you can drink when eating the different dishes. They are just those I deem
most appropriate and that I usually drink . At the
moment only a few pages are active. I will upload new ones as soon as I
