Ingredients for 4 people:
350g di linguine,
3 red peppers of average dimension
1 onion,
1 dl of cream,
salt and white pepper
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Clean the peppers, take away the seeds and the core and then put them into a mixer together with an onion and start it. Add the cream, and as much pepper and salt as you think is needed. Cook the linguine, drain them, put them in a warmed soup-toureen and serve right away with the sauce well blended with the pasta.

agli scampi (with shrimps)
Ingredients for 2 people:
160g of linguine
20 tails of shrimps
dry white wine
grated radish
butter
salt
pepper
an aromatic small bundle
meal as much as is needed
Cook the shrimps in a pan with a glass of wine, one of water and the aromatic small bundle for ten minutes, then take them away from the pan. Shell the shrimps and let the cooking brooth shrink. In a casserole put 50g of butter and the radish and let them melt. Stir and add the filtered brooth, then add also the shrimp. Cook the linguine, drain them, put them in a warmed soup-toureen and serve right away with the sauce well blended with the pasta.
